Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving their order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must:

• Be unused and in their original packaging.
• Be in the same condition in which they were received.
• Include proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Refunds

After we inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
